Caller: Oh. Who owns KFC?
James: Yum! Brands Inc. Do you want to speak to a manager?
Caller: Is Yum! Brands Inc. not there?
James: No, Yum! Brands Inc. is in Louisianna.
Caller: Okay. I will call him there then.
(Hangs up)
